For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the by777 website at by777.bio, including all betting, casino, live dealer, and slot game interfaces accessible through that domain.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual to access the by777 Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the by777 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's by777 Account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any eligible bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, deposit match amounts, or other incentive funds credited to a Player's Account by by777 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, or slot game through the by777 Platform.
• "Crypto Assets" means Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (Tether), Ethereum (ETH), or any other digital currency accepted by the by777 cashier at the time of the transaction.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which by777 confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, region, or territory from which access to or use of the by777 Platform is restricted under applicable law or by by777 policy.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options available to all Players through their Account settings.

Access to and use of the by777 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. by777 does not permit access by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of account registration or any subsequent transaction.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded from the by777 Platform or any other gaming platform operated by by777's group entities.

6. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of by777 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the by777 Platform. Registration of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. by777 employs automated and manual detection procedures to identify duplicate accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. by777 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. by777 will treat any action taken using your Account credentials as authorised by you unless you have notified us of a suspected security breach via the support team.

by777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where the registration information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent, and to void any associated wagers or winnings in such circumstances.

by777 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (Tether TRC-20 and ERC-20), Ethereum (ETH), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and by777 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction within the by777 cashier.
• Crypto deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain network confirmations being reached. by777 is not responsible for network delays outside its control.
• by777 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. Network transaction fees charged by blockchain protocols are the Player's responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Account, or to a verified method in the Player's own name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. by777 reserves up to 72 business hours to complete KYC review.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the by777 cashier. Crypto withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) hours of approval; local bank transfers within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• by777 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger risk thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Any withdrawal request found to be associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms will be declined and the Account suspended pending investigation.

All bets placed through the by777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for matters of bet settlement.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. by777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets that appear to exploit a technical error in odds.
• In the event of a technical error or obvious pricing mistake resulting in materially incorrect odds being displayed, by777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay. by777 does not guarantee that live odds will reflect real-time match events and accepts no liability for bets placed in reliance on delayed information.
• Match result bets on cricket, PSL, and other events are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Bets on abandoned matches will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules published on the Platform.
• by777 reserves the right to void or re-settle bets where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or any irregularity affecting the integrity of the event.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are published in the Platform's betting rules section and may be updated periodically.

by777 offers a range of promotional bonuses including deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as published on the by777 Current Offers page at the time the bonus is claimed, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

1. Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, household, IP address, and payment method.
2. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
3. Where a Player's Account contains both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, real-money funds will be used to settle wagers first unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
4. Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash, or used to satisfy a withdrawal request until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
5. by777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players will not be entitled to compensation for the cancellation of a bonus that has not yet been credited.
6. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including the use of low-risk or hedged betting patterns to meet wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being voided, associated winnings forfeited, and the Account reviewed for suspension.

The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the by777 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of obscuring your true location.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment methods, unauthorised transactions, or money laundering activity.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, live dealer table, or sports betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without human action.
• Exploiting technical glitches, software bugs, or errors in odds or game mechanics for financial gain.
• Engaging in any conduct that by777 reasonably determines to be an attempt to defraud the Platform, its operators, or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code or infrastructure of the by777 Platform.

by777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be pursued as a source of income or as a means to recover financial losses.

Every by777 Account includes access to the following Responsible Gaming Tools, available at any time through Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of time spent and amounts wagered during the current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: A temporary suspension of Account access for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion from the by777 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately with no delay period. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion term.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new Account. Any Account registered by a self-excluded Player will be immediately closed and the Balance returned to the verified payment method on file.

by777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at by777.bio/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

by777 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where necessary to operate the Platform — including with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services — or where required by law.

All data transmitted between your device and the by777 Platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols. Financial data is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure. by777 does not store full payment card details on its servers.

All content on the by777 Platform — including but not limited to the by777 brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, software, game content, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of by777 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of by777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, by777's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

by777 accepts no liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by circumstances outside by777's reasonable control, including network outages, blockchain congestion, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from Account suspension or closure following a breach.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, statistics, or event data displayed on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes by777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the by777 support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days.

by777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour is detected on the Account.
• The Account is identified as a duplicate registration.
• by777 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• The Player's jurisdiction is reclassified as a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed by by777 for cause, by777 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the withheld Balance may be forfeited.

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the by777 Platform — including bet settlement, payment processing, Account management, or promotional terms — you should first contact the by777 support team via live chat. The support team will aim to resolve your complaint within 24 hours of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first level, you may escalate it in writing to the by777 disputes team at [email protected]. Escalated complaints will receive a full written response within five (5) business days.

by777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, by777 will provide notice to registered Players via email or a prominent on-site notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at by777.bio/terms-conditions and will bear the effective date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the by777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to an amended version of the Terms, you must close your Account before the amendments take effect. Continuation of Account use after the effective date will be treated as unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
